About This Competition

Join Unshakable Strength & Conditioning for the annual WAR GAMES on MAY 12th

This is a same-sex partner competition with Rx, Scaled and Novice divisions.

WOD 1 - for time
400m run (together; 200m run for Novice)

back squat

HSPU (DB S2O for Scaled and Novice)

RX - 165/125, HSPU
Scaled - 135/95, 50#/35# DB
Novice - 95/55, 35/20, 200ish m run

WOD 2 - clean ladder
1 minute at each bar for both partners to complete 1 clean + 1 hang clean.

At failed bar or at the end of the ladder athlete collects as many deads as possible with remaining time to score partial pounds.
