About This Competition

With the holidays right around the corner, what better way to give back to communities in need than a good old-fashioned fitness competition. The boys and girls from Black and Brave, alongside the Deadboys, have come up with a online functional fitness competition benefiting AMERICARES. Americares is a non-profit disaster relief and global health organization providing immediate response to emergency medical needs and supporting long-term health care initiatives for people in the United States (ie: the victims of Hurricane Maria, Irma, and Harvey) and around the world. All it costs is $20 (plus a processing fee) to join in on the fun and see where you rank globally. Have no functional fitness experience? NO PROBLEM, we will have a scaled version for you to do ANYWHERE. There will be five workouts total, released weekly, starting next Thursday the 19th. The last event will be unveiled during the Black and Brave Fitness Summit in Houston, TX on Nov. 17th. We will also give out fun prizes along the way.

We hope you all are motivated to not only push your fitness goals, but also help out a great cause.
