About This Competition

Welcome to the 2026 Arnold Fitness Games finals!

Our finalist athletes have all completed a series of qualifier workouts to earn their place at the finals on 27, 28 & 29 March at the Arnold Sports Festival UK, NEC Birmingham.

Finalist Days of Competition 

Friday 27th March: All Teams of Four

Saturday 28th March: Elite, RX, RX35+, RX45+ individuals

Sunday 29th March: Scaled, Middleground, Middle Ground 35+, Middle Ground 45+ individuals

Prizes

All divisions will compete for a huge prize bag full of our amazing sponsors merch! 

Finals Access and Coach Tickets

Athletes will gain access to the Arnold Sports Festival UK on all 3 days of the competition as part of their Arnold Fitness Games athlete pass.

All athletes will be given the opportunity to purchase 1 coach pass alongside their finals ticket. This pass allows the coach access to the competition during the same hours as the athlete, and provides them access into the AFG Athlete zones.
